Cant opne Warpatch file to download

I keep getting an erroer saying to make sure the disc isnt already running and that theres room. I know the disc part cant be it and I have plenty of room on my PC anyone else having prob?

Read the MOST COMMON ISSUES AND SOLUTIONS. Literally right above your post.

Also, reading the install instructions would help. We don't use warpatch.exe
