Server connection problems at server selection screen

I saw perfomance counter lib common issue solutions sections ran the commands from the CLI... wouldn't rebuild.


I also think the main issue is unique unless im mistaken, I can log into the game.. its loads but when the first screen comes up to connect to the server before you get to your characters NOTHING happens.. no server handshake, no login attemps, just sits doing nothing and i have no options...

Any help would be greats appreciated.
