I've checked permission, moved the folder around, did everything over and over, still get the error message that this game is incompatible with 64 bit operating systems. I have Windows 7.

Same Problem.
Windows 7

Followed all the steps to install, got it from the torrent though not from the direct download so I didn't have to unzip anything. Unchecked read only. Run as admin.

You downloaded the RoR launcher and put it inside the game folder, then run it as administrator?
