Launcher shows web server offline and login server yellow

Since the server issues yesterday (4-5-2016) my launcher refuses to believe that I should be able to connect:



It seems that most people are having no trouble connecting now, so I'm trying to determine how to resolve this. I can ping and tracert 178.32.58.46. I reset winsock and TCP/IP. I redownloaded the launcher. I use Tinywall firewall and even temporarily disabled it. I even reset .Net performance counters just for the heck of it, although I'm not getting any errors.

I'm a terrible player and whichever realm I happen to be playing is probably better off if the grumpy launcher keeps me off forever, but I'd still like to figure this out. If location matters I'm connecting from Tampa Bay, FL via Bright House.

I have the same problem as you i cant log in.
I changed my password twice , i did everything i knew and still cant log in but i can log in Forum

Done EVERYTHING like opening poster and reinstalled the whole game/launcher. still same problem, any further advice would be great.

The launcher is still convinced that the servers are offline for me. I see that it creates 3 .dlls but is there a log for the launcher somewhere that I can check? Have any of the values in mythloginserviceconfig.xml changed? Specifically:

Have you tried using a VPN for the initial connection to the server?

Connecting via OpenVPN (VPNbook US client) the launcher still shows the red+yellow server status. Thank you for the suggestion, though.

i am also having this red/yellow issue. i have reset winsock ipv4/6 and done all of the items listed here and everything that eternalchampion has done. this issue started about 2 weeks ago. any other ideas?

Server was down for a patch. Try again in 5-10 mins when it's back online.

still having issue. server is showing up. at this point the only thing i haven't done is totally start over, uninstall everything and reinstall, is this my last option?
