Character not loading

I have 2 characters on the same account, my main isent loading, my second character logs just fine.
I had a GM look for issues and he found none.

My folder is administrator set.
I tried removing cache folder, i tried removing addon settings, i tried removing addons.
I have no Appearance items
I have no Trophies
I have a blank cloak on.

I suspect 4 possible issues:
1. Too many quests
2. Guild bug(not in a guild, asked someone to kick me)
3. Default UI showing double the potion stack on actionbar (A bug that has been there since 2008 and used to allow you to use a ability twice with 1 click) Which holds relevance because empty potions on actionbar usually makes me have to relog the character several times to get back in.
4. Friendslist too long?

Help.

I dont mind having the questlog removed, i cannot brute log-in like i quite often have to.

try deleting the complete warhammer folder and re-extract it (if you still have the zip file), or re download it.
Most likely some of your game files are broken.
No worries, im pretty sure a clean reinstall will fix this.

At the loading screen type /stuck twice. You wont be able to see yourself type it and it might take multi times for this to work. I know I had this same issue before and that solved it.

I still do not know why this problem occurs, or what causes it. and most likely i never will.
But im glad this fixed it.^^

The issue is back, apparently it did not fix it. Just tried reinstalling again.

I could make a guess just like the trophy/appearance issues, that the character holds a lot of info, and then something breaks.

Sometimes it logs in faster then other times, depending how much inventory/mail i have, it feels like the loading and disconnection errors are being affected by whatever happens in the backend.

Aaaaand, now it magically works again. Think someone fixed my character for me, standing in Nordland starter city, not the starter location like normally happens when ending up in Nordland.

I will delete my quests if that is causing it or something.

if you are stuck in a location that is not meant for you to be there, relog and while on the loading screen, do the /stuck command twice in chat ( you wont see it but it works)

Since yesterday I have a similar problem. I get a windows warning while launching RoR.
But the game loads without any problem. When I am selecting a character, I get stucked in loading screen.
The problem Is, this weird error massage does not get saved in a log nor does a clickable window persist to select OK or something. The error is only in the right side of the taskbar for a short moment popping up.

My personal guess now is, that its due to some broken SSD parts.

I used different programms to check my SSD. I found 8 red segments and I can not repair them via CHKDSK due to a Volume error.
Edit 2: My Guess is, that this happened due to a Bluescreen.

The most crappy part for myself was. I played RoR a while back, my GPU broke, therefore my PC got stucked with a brown and green screen, had to forcefully **** down. Then my bootsector was busted beyoned repaiability (No windows repair worked + all my recovery backups disappeared)
I could save old data vial reinstalling Win7. I had days of work with setting up my system. Everything seemed fine with the new GPU.

2 days later Windows wanted to mess around with me and made trouble booting my PC. It says new hardware they want to check if my windows is original blabla.
So I used the disc booted and it was fine again.
One day later same crap again. New hardware blabla. (The Windows was totally fresh installed)!
So afterall that it worked fine for some days till yesterday.

I have played Grim Dawn and watched a youtube video on the other screen. Suddenly blue screen of death.

This caused me some trouble and it must have corrupted some of my files. Since then my RoR is also busted, because I can not log in.
