Dwarf/Greenskin & High Elf/Dark Elf RvR?

I just found out about Return of Reckoning and have been excited to play again. However, I've noticed that most of the RvR action is concentrated in the Empire, especially at the lower Tier. For the most part, it's understandable, since there needs to be a concentration of players somewhere. But I was wondering if there's any organized events for the other two RvR paths? Even just having a concentration of RvR for a few hours a week in the Dwarf/Greenskin and Elf zones can switch things up and also let players complete the Inf track for other RvR Tiers.

What do you all think? Should there be some focus outside the Empire for RvR?

RvR is spread over all races zones once you get out of T1.
Everyone goes to empire in T1 as that is how it was on live.

It's because I'm a completionist player and I like making sure I've got all the content finished before moving on. At least all the content that I can't go back and finish. I understand that the PQ's are rather borked, so I'm not worrying about them so much. My previous experience with WAR was at launch when higher-level characters going back to a lwer Tier RvR were turned into chickens and couldn't complete the Tier progression.

Also, I thought that other players might be interested in completing Tier 1 for the other two RvR zones, but apparently not.

You can debolsters providing you follow the debolster rules:
For T1:
- No piece of equipped gear can be higher than 13
- No more than 2 mastery points spent
- No more than 20 renown points spent
- No talismans in gear

For T2:
- No piece of equipped gear can be higher than 26
- No more than 11 mastery points spent
- No more than 40 renown points spent

Regretfully, debolster rules do not work for that.
I have tried and not win influence in the areas when you take the flags, so only serve to go for the heroes who suentan epuipo for appearance.
Of course I not understand how gives you reputation and experience for killing another player and does not give you influence by taking a flag

You can debolster back to T1 and T2 even if you exceed the set rank caps of level 1 to 13 in T1, and 11 to 26 in T2.

That's because currently even when you debolster you gain xp/inf/renown based on your actual level. Which means most players you'll run into while debolstered will be too low to give you anything other than loot. One of the devs mentioned that they are going to change this to give at least influence based on debolstered level a short while back. No clue when it will be implemented, though.
