I am new to the game and I have some questions

Hi I would like to do some questions about the game coz I am new to the game,1 week or so
I was watching some videos on youtube about with the old game and I would like to ask:
This is on alpha phase,it will some day be more officialy like the old days or you dont know yet?
Also I saw that full rank was 40 and renown was 90+ ( I dont know the full of it) will it be again like that?
And for last,will you progress the game more that is was when it stopped? ( like new classes places more lvl etc)
