I bought wrong items!

Can someone help me, my bad, i´m bought wrong items. Lost 170 soldiers emblem. So nw i have a wrong weapon in my bag :o Who can help me and refunds?

I have a guildie that bought the wrong Dok sword... twice. Nothing can be done. No one will refund you.

That's right, no refunds.
Pretty much always afk or tabbed out.
