Tier 2 lvl 28 / rr 33

Because with debolster there is no need for level cap and you can stay in T1, get xp, renown, and live happily ever after.

Thank you for the reply and the information that seguire system but unable to fill the book of knowledge to 100% by which I prefer my suggestion.

About living happily in t1 opinions are like tastes everyone has his
