When I log an alt/make a new char, I dc/crash

After a few seconds, I will DC and start to fly around the map really quick. Only happens with new chars/old chars I havent played for a bit.

DC ranges from 10 seconds up to 2minutes.

Got same problem whith dc after 10sec-few min while playing twink characters, but while playing main characters everything is fine.
