Can't interact with vendors

The other day, after a dc, to my character disappeared all inventory and content of the bank (apothecary and cultivator stuff mostly). People said it was not a bug, that all I had in the inventory was at the vendor, but my problem comes here, can not interact with any vendor. Can anybody help me?

I tried to talk to a GM in the game, but never find any online. any solution?
