Magus doesn't have any role other than a riftbot. That is an internal problem with the class that needs to be addressed (I have made several threads about this as Magus was/is my main). It has nothing to do with 6v6.

Many classes are also not viable in ORVR - you can cherrypick anything.

Took an engie with us the other day.
No sc lost, ty halhammer. ;)

Engie will still most likely undergo changes in t4 but these should be tested by a premade.

Zerging keeps while beeing in a pug warband and spamming fiery blast on the door is the pinnacle of skill and effort.
No, you are the one who is absolutely right.
Getting the best gear while stomping on people without a clue is great.
Getting mad that the words people used to make fun of me are not the exact wordws i used is a great way to argument.
Stomping pugs while being in a premade group and spamming lol on them because there is no way in hell they can kill you is the pinnacle of skill and effort.

This game of lets use half arguments were i can only talk about the bad things one aspect of the game has is something we both can play mate.

Isn't that pretty much what skill is though? Being better than PUGs?

Viable dps ORvR only: bw/sorc>>>Slayer. Add one magus/engi/choppa as riftbot/pullbot to that.
Viable healer ORvR only: dok/wp
Viable tanks ORvR only: knight/chosen/sm

Congrats, sounds like the perfect scenario to balance the game around.

It's not about 6vs6 beeing the only balance scenario, but the most important one.

Depends, pugs lose a lot because they have no healers and no one is guarding.

No ammount of communication and skill will overcome the fact that you have no one healing and your dps are eating full damage or are a terrible composition.

Most premades rely on the fact that they got a 2-2-2 going on more than the fact that they are better players.

And again, i also like premades way more than pugging or orvr, i just dont think that the things i like are "the real way men play"

6v6 is a naturally exclusionary format by virtue of people playing casually, lacking ability either in functionality or physicality and is nothing more than a sidebar for the game, Im sorry if this is your preferred mode but thats just the way it is.

I am 100% against giving the most capable players in the most organized groups, who have the capacity to rack up rewards the fastest, even more advantages to gear and equipment access.

You wanted 6v6 and got it, now we are getting nothing but a constant stream of "we want this" and I have to say its certainly NOT the way of getting your niche expanded to say the least.

We didn't want a 6v6 scenario; it came about as a by-product of people's incessant whining of coming up against premades, stemming from their inability to form groups.

"The capacity to rack up rewards the fastest" - this belongs to the huge WB guilds, not those of us who are doing a single scenario.

In live, the only thing anyone who was REALLY into PVP cared for was 6v6. Everything else became optional/another format of PvP.
Go into the lakes on a busy day and tell me honestly if what you see is really PvP.

I await some response from the devs :)

Nice misquoting mate.
You do realise that caledor woods is the thing which equals "stomping pugs with no clue" the last?
So getting the best gear from caledor woods would be completly the opposite of

And please, tell me, where did I say stomping pugs is the pinnacle of skill and effort?
We always said it's a competitive 6vs6 between two organized premades.
You're getting ridiculous now my friend.

Oh nice this again...

Btw "whining pugs" were not the reason for implementing a 6vs6 scenario and that you guys didn't ask for one is just not true.
Pretty much always afk or tabbed out.
