I'm gyming 3 times a week atm but should make it 5 now that I've got more free time
general icecream fitness has been holding me over, been looking for a more focused routine recently but I stick to low reps high weight
Also creatine is the bomb
oh yea just thought it might be a good idea to post a general strength routine
