The first part of my post was a poke at kisses. ;)

The rest of the post wasn't directed at anyone in particular, I was just expressing that I find it weird when people (again no one in particular) compare classes like this in an asymmetrical game, and one-on-one as well when the game is intended to be balanced around groups and not individuals.

Depends on the debuff I suppose.

You also want the kiss to be dependent on an attack, a tohit roll and last 120 seconds with that?
Why would kisses have to go back to something like that? The tactic was changed because people bitched about a WH having a healing tactic, so they gave the WE one.

Kisses were nerfed due to a blanket nerf to proc damage being able to get mitigated.

Kiss of Doom going back to old would be another useful tactic, instead it is kinda meh.

If I'm attacking a healer or assist in killing one the I prefer my outgoing hd applied as soon as possible

I prefer it at about 50% hp. Most healers are not going to change their healing pattern or blow a CD until they get to about 50%. With WE I almost always have a proc up by then and this allows me to actually finish with a finisher instead of using it to apply a debuff.

I prefer to make pug healers panic when they see the debuff and start focus healing them selves, a time their healing themselves is time thier not healing their team

While I get where you're coming from, most pug healers don't notice debuffs.

If they did I think pug WP/Dok would cleanse more.

the problem about group balancing is that (from what i have noticed) people tend to forget that a lot (and , we all cannot be pro-dedicated player) , unless we get an add on that remind us every 5 mins that we are a part of a chain :P
