your rorlauncher is not in the same directory as the game. (your rorlauncher is in the downloads dir, im sure the game is in another directory like "warhammer online" something.)

I cant download the launcher.

you did download the launcher, cause the error msg comes from the launcher ^^

i cant teach you basic pc things, perhaps try to get a friend who knows how to move a file to do it for you.
