This is the build i plan to run (tested it last night too).

Spammable AoE snare, ST CD increaser, build morale insanely fast, can remove morale from your enemies as well (specially useful against Healers and SWs/Engies so they don't use Focused Mind or Unshakeable Focus), stat steal value of around 100 with Da Biggest!, armor buff for group around 700+ and resists are 250ish with Da Greenest! in case you need to go defensive, WS buff on FML around 85 and an armor debuff on Wot Armor? around 800+.

Tested Dat Was Great! and it doesn't seem to currently stack with other toughness debuffs like our stat steal or chosen aura.

What do you guys think is the best use of the morale tactic? Keeping up toughness m2? Sitting on bellow whenever you need it? etc...

The one thing I don't really like is champions challenge is one of if not the strongest CC ability in the game in terms of locking a target down, and building up to it in good time doesn't really require the tactic and using it puts ALL your morales on cooldown for 60 seconds? I've actually noticed that sometimes I will use a morale and the others wont go in CD but I think this is just a bug?
