Specialization bug

I've found that you can specialize "off the scale" on the third specialization trees on my WE/Dok, I don't have any other characters to test this with.
The other two trees grey out the "+" button once the ceiling is reached.

I must say, it is possible for sorc as well, tooltip damage for abilities continues to grow.

Your tooltips will grow, but at the moment the server caps the base damage on all abilities to their level 40 values. This is a graphical bug only, and as such, low priority.
