Ahhh yeah! So basically you fixed the issue and I will have a much easier time completing the WAR quests and Stalker quests?

Before it was ONLY counting the kill if someone in my group got the DB, not it seems like it will credit if anyone in my group deals damage to the enemy player, or I deal damage and then the player dies (regardless of who got the KB)?

I'm assuming "Attainable at the default level 33" is a mistype? Or do I misunderstand that line?

or is their a variant for destro too?

Those changes were for our internal T4 tracking, and were included accidentally. There have been no additional changes to kill quests in Tiers 1-3.

Hey Good job guys really like how hard you are working,
But i got some opinions i would like to share with you,
First, i don't agree that u have to get the Deathblow to get the loot it should be as in live the one who started the combat gets the loot.
Secondly, i think its unfair for healers that would like to enjoy soloing around orvr to get NOTHING at all if they aren't in a group.
Again its just my opinion and like to share it with you guys :)

What does this mean? That I can farm level 1 mobs to get level 200 resources or that I can farm level 40 mobs from 1-200?

It means you can farm lvl40 mobs with lvl1 and get lvl1 items.
