okay i read and followed common issues need help still

ok so i did the cmd lines and the first one erroed so i tried the one with e: in it and it litereally did nothing at all just gave me the hard drive line again for C: i think

do i need to replace the e in /e: with c instead?

it gives me the same error after i restarted and i used administrator permission to open it and changed it from read only to regular

it loads the char screen but no text or chars or anything, just settings cinamatic credits or quit and i can click on settings and change things or i can quit but there is no way of proceeding further
