I don't think that's correct...
Checked the wartool item database, only items I can find that include the word 'Shambler' are the 'Shambling' helmets, dropped in T3 BFP by Ulnac the Shambler.

There is a level 39 or so hero boss in averlorn right?

killed it once with vith and some others but it dropped trash loot
