not sure but its pvp issue

Hi guys I have been playing a week or so, I've done lots and lots of scenarios and open rvr too, in the last few days I have been experiencing crazy amounts of link-deaths but only during pvp, for example; I farm 100 mobs in avelorn(pve) without receiving any lag or disconnecitons at all for hours upon hours, but if I queue for a scenario(pvp) I enter the scenario fine I head out to find someone to murder but on my opening attack I go link-dead, this has happened so many times now I've lost count.

I'm not sure what is causing this problem but damn is it annoying, I currently have an empty addons folder so it rules those out, anyone else have any info on this problem?
