Client download issues and troubleshooting

I have the same problem, none of the NPCs talk, and the music is abscent on the character startup screen. could you send me those files too? thanks,

Need to remove read only on the game folder. It's outlined in the FAQ.

Hi Elven, my appologise if its not my buisness, but ive been having exactly the same problem and unmarking read only, just didnt work, once you were going into properties again, its stayed marked. But runing a game as an adminstrator solved that for me. Windows 10 here...

95% of the thread is the same ol' Read-only.
And half a year later still no reply to my post with a unique issue.

Downloaded the torrent. Copied the folder. Dropped the launcher into the folder. Unchecked "Read-only". Downloaded and installed directX from the link in the instructions. Getting a clack screen with the user interface.
Any ideas?

I am able to get into the game itself but do not see any create character options or anything of that sort. The error I am getting is:

Same here,I start today with WH and i have the same message,the game loading until the start screen (setting cinematic etc.) but no server selection

Can you also confirm if you have any of the following files in your game folder:

Since you can post on the forum, your account is already activated. You should be able to log in and play, providing your game works.
