The thing is, you're not ignoring it, you're making it a priority because x gear might be phased out. Like why if you know the majority want levelincrease/T4 would you focus on PVE? If you want to give us rewards why not give us rewards on keeps like it used to be. We'll get gear faster? What's wrong with that. Medallion drop rate is still bad. Game feels more grindy than on Live. Not being on even gear might be a reason why you're always stomping pugs. I'm so tired of Ez mode humans lemme PvE where mobs are unfair to pose a threat.
Keep takes are basically PQs, it's why you get influence for capturing one. We're still working on chest/loot bag implementation at the moment. The Dungeons from which this T4 gear comes are also PQs. When we will implement these PQs, we will do it both in the dungeon tool and across the open rvr lakes/zones, but we simply don't have the tools yet. This is also what's going to take the T4 release one of the longest times of development.

If i may ask, will ai behavior be addressed with the coming of dungeons?

resetting aggro, slingshot teleporting around etc

Hope so...
Otherwise it would be a pain in the ass to make a good dungeon run.
Also what i am really worried about, is the loads of DC ppl get.
Just remember you are at the last boss and the tank gets DC and cant join the dungeon party anymore...
There must be a way you can join your party after you got DC..

I totally agree, it will be almost back to the old days of RR100s one shot killing those just moving up from T2, there is a gap at the moment of players in full devastator gear who have been playing in T3 for a long time and those moving up from T2 but it playing and still enjoyable, up the level cap to 39 in the same zone and people will stop playing as they did on live.

First step just increase lvl cap to 35 ... 39 its useless .

no please stay away from lv 35-36 as long as possible......the more will stay away from the sup punt tactics the more this game is relaxing for everyones nerve.
