problem with Login/password

launcher is giving me "wrong usernme/password" for my acount. i tryed to insert my mail and username, and even have changed my password but nothing happens

When you changed your password, make sure it's all lower case and not numbers in it. There's a current bug that we're working on where new passwords that contain upper case and numbers don't get updated properly on the game server.

Try for hours and the results are the same, doesn't matter how long you try since the database which keeps the records seems ****

It worked for me. You may need to wait for a server restart. Out of curiosity, what country are you from?

Could it be possible that you're not using standard English characters?

If so, you may be able to copy the letters below to form a new password with these lower case letters from the English alphabet.

abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz

try changing your password again to something all lowercase. No numbers, no "special characters," just the 26 characters in the English latin alphabet.

I have you tried right clicking the Warhammer Online folder and setting it to read-only mode?
