I just found out about this last night and just started downloading it a few minutes ago. WAR is literally my favorite mmo of all time and it killed me inside to see it get shut down >< It had the only mmo pvp I enjoyed next to gw2 which was alright, but it felt like it was missing something. I friggin love anything about warhammer and warhammer 40k, the lore, the models, the games, EVERYTHING!

Anyway, I've always played mmo's and I just quit Wildstar because it was nothing like I was expecting, all I did was log in to raid then log off, there was no incentive to play and the pvp was just a giant cluster**** of red. I decided as soon as I heard about this to make it my main mmo again, even if it is buggy as hell. With my horrible download speed It'll take a while to finish, but once it does I'll see you all in game, the hype is so real right now!

Welcome. Progress is steady but most people don't have the patience to wait. So the game is very "buggy", hence the "alpha" state it currently is in (and will remain to be in alpha state for a very long time).

If the torrent download (I presume you're using the torrent), there is a "mega" download link of the game you can download. That will be much faster.
