I can't get the launcher to work (resolved)

I can't seem to get the launcher to run. When ever I click to start the RORlauncher in the war folder nothing happens. Nothing loads, nor do i get any error popups or anything. I tried the rebuilding performance counters work around but even that didn't help. If anyone could help me I would greatly appreciate it.

Have you tried downloading the RoR launcher again?

Yes, I've tried downloading the launcher several times now, and it still is doing nothing.

If the launcher doesn't open at all, something is preventing it from opening. Have you tried adding an exception for the launcher in your antivirus?

I disabled my antivirus and still nothing.

update: Was only able to get the launcher working in safe mode. Can't seem to figure out what is blocking the launcher from starting normally as I have disabled all 3rd party programs from running on start up.

Fixed the issue. Had to reinstall some drivers.
