When you say "the game crash", does the game close completely, or does it throw you back to the character lobby?

Raise it in the bug tracker. To me it sounds like something on your character is bugged and is causing the client to crash. Put in a the report which character it is and what you were last doing with that character (note any items you picked up or quests you accepted).

If possible, include screenshots.

I was taken into the castle when I found myself in the air and could not move.
I stopped the game and reboot the game is completely closed.
There's this bug with this character, it works with others.

They normally don't replace gear or levels...hopefully you have just been ported to a bad area and they can port you back.
