Auto completing Quests

I have been compiling a list of any quests I come across that don't require you to actually do anything, you can just talk to the npc right away and get credit for the completion. I was planning on posting to the bug tracker but i don't know if you need to know them? I read on one post about an auto completing quest that the devs do that since they can't fix it yet? So should I post the ones I have found or are they just things you know about already? Also if you want them posted, should I post all of them on one post or would one quest per post be better? I have 12 so far.
