I sometimes really wonder how people even manage to start their PC

If it says to NOT use the warpatch.exe then why the f*ck do you use it? Download the RoRLauncher and just use THIS one. *facepalm*

I have tried to use ROR launcher and it doesnt work.

You put the RoR launcher inside the game folder, and run it as administrator? Make sure read only is disabled on the game folder.

Did you download the game from here and use the launcher provided? be sure you are not trying to use the old game from LIve.

Check read write permissions on the parent folder to be sure you have the proper access.
