Login/Password Incorrect

Tried to log in this morning and got the incorrect password/login message. Is this a recent, new issue? How do we correct it so we can log in. I did go onto to the forum and selected 'forgot password" they sent the new activation and password to my email. Tried that and it failed too. Any suggestions?

Just a follow up. I just need some clarity and confirmation. I have gone into my profile and changed the password successfully. I have logged off of the forum and logged back in successfully using the new password. My question, The launcher for the game also gets updated with the new password when I change it for the forum? They are one in the same? And, if so, does anyone know typically how long it takes for the launcher to recognize my new password?

have the same problem. Can't log in game but can in the forum. I do : "forget my password", "edit profile" etc... nothing works

So what I've learned, either it be credible or not, is that we just wait until the launcher/login updates our passwords... Time period on this is unknown

Usually a couple days for a password reset. If you're certain you have the correct one, it might be a temporary issue. Better to wait an hour than 2-3 days.

Can someone help?? I couldn't login with the same sn/pw I've always used and so I updated my password and still can not... any solution for this? Been about a day

Usually a couple days for a password reset. If you're certain you have the correct one, it might be a temporary issue. Better to wait an hour than 2-3 days.

For the time being, try making a new account (don't mess with changing password through the forum, and don't use special characters when you make your password). Activate the account and play. Once your main is working, go back to that one.
