Return of Reckoning

Since it was proved on bug tracker that the ability does not benefit from strength at all, I'd like to propose simple solution:

EDITED:
Make it scale 0.1 from strenght.


This is its current DPS so with that change with 1000 str it should hit for numbers like 144, 288, 576 and the final 1152 on dummy w/o armour.
