Slayer/Choppa - Deathblow/Weaklin killa.

Issue:
In general nobody spec for 2H as a slayer thanks to superior ID+SL spec.

In my opinion 2h tree same as choppa one need some tweaking to make it more attractive to spec for.

Deathblow same as Choppas Weakling killa even as core abbility, they have long CD(30s). Its an exhaustive attack and have no other formula included like for example wls Cull the weak od marauders Guilotine, which has 50% target HP requirement, but lower CD(only 10s) and 100% chance to crit.

Proposal.

A)Lower Deathblow/Weaklin killa CD to 10s without any adding any other formula.
B)Lower Deathblow/Weaklin killa CD to 20s add x% chance to crit formula(x may varry between 10-50%)
C)Lower Deathblow/Weaklin killa CD to 20s and make it dmg increase by 50-75% to target under 30-50% HP(Like Fell the Weak/Finish em off from SW/SH.
