[Swordmaster] Bolstering Enchantments

The issue with the tactic is that is a random proc (you have to trigger a blade enchantment) and the tactic does not refresh itself. The HpS amount is barely higher than another tactic in the same tree: Blessing of Heaven, and it triggers on a lower number of targets. It's only use currently is sustain while leveling until blessing of heaven becomes available.

Solution 1: Keep the healing component as it is, but add an effect. While this HoT is active, the target receives 20% more healing and absorbs from you. (Just the swordmaster).

Originally had this as applied from all sources but only to HoTs and Absorbs, but ended up on this after discussions revolving around other % increases to healing created by order. Found that it would have too much synergy, so I dropped to increases from the "casting" swordmaster only. This solution is also created with phantom's blade and heaven's blade proposals.

Solution 2: Increase the healing amount per rank. Specially after rank 25.

This solution is simpler, but not as interesting or flavorful. For a tactic that only affects you group versus more than half your warband, the healing amount needs to be higher to compete.

Solution 2a: Allow the healing amount to be modified by toughness, strength, or willpower.

This solution was given to me by another. Most of us shot it down due to oddities of strength or toughness improving a heal, and the fact that stacking willpower for a heal on an SM seems strange. Placed it here just because discussion breeds thought!

Declining for now. The healing works sufficiently well in solo/smaller encounters (as per its design). We don't want the healing to become so potent that you could start effectively filling in as a quasidpstank archetype.
