Magic users underperforming vs healers

Identify the issue
Currently magic casters (and Dot specs) are not able to put pressure on healers. This is due to the formula change on disrupts highlighting the scaling difference between willpower and int. Willpower increases both healing effect and disrupt, while int effects damage and strike though . Unfortunately as the disrupt works now the impact is both direct on apply damage as well as subsequent dot damage.

Why is it an issue
The result is that casters (and dot classes) have difficulty to land damage on healers while healer has not invested in a defensive stat but only invested in thief healing stat. This widens the gap between caster and healers effective ness.

Resolve the issue
Reduce the willpower contribution to disrupt , exact level of reduction should reflect the impact of multiple disrupt checks. This would effectively even out the benefit/cost balance between these stats.
