issues:
There are some things inconsistent in comparison with the original game when it comes to BW.BW self dmg mechanics was designed when BW was realy good and exceed other RDPs in dmg. Now when other RDPs which got a lot CC and other toys( self heal, speed tactic, jump) get dmg boost BW was left behind. But for now I will focus on one issue. The problem is explosions, and precisely on their frequency. It is simply too big. It looks that in one rotation'm able to burn myself and not needed for this opponent. It was not like in the original game.

It's very easy to check. No one has to believe me (even though I play always BW). There is a lot of videos on YT involving BW playing solo.
Suggestions:
1) Reduce the frequency of explosions by 75%
Or
2) Create a new mechanics of explosion risks 50% less than what is now in AoE spec and 0% explosion in a single target spec.

Declining. BW damage is not "left behind" other rDPS classes, and balance won't be touched based on solo issues.
