[declined] Scale back consistency of Sorc/BW burst potential

It's no secret that Sorcs and Bright Wizards are DPS monsters, and that's OK. They're a damage class, that's what they are designed to do. The issue at hand is a combination of how their class mechanic causes excessive scaling beyond any other class in game, as well as their ability to combine 2 backloaded DoTs with 2 casted abilities to fit an unreasonable amount of damage into a very small window. When combined with a resist debuff (either from a Chosen/Knight or from their own debuff), Sorcs/BWs are capable of an almost fester-bomb level of burst on a very short cooldown.

There's a few different ways I can think to scale it back:

1) Reduce the critical damage bonus from the combustion mechanic. Straightforward, if not a bit boring.

2) Increase the cooldown of Word of Pain/Boiling Blood, Visions of Torment/Slow boil, or both. Burst potential is preserved, but rather than being able to set up a "timestamp kill" every 10 seconds, it becomes a more strategic decision of when to go for a big burst and when to chip away with regular abilities.

3) Change backloaded DoTs to regular, even damage tics. Same damage and rotation, less instant burst potential.

4) Explosions/backlashes deal damage proportional to the damage of the ability that triggered it. Put some risk back in risk vs reward and give Sorcs/BWs a reason to expend their combustion rather than run at full when a healer is present.

Which you seem to miss: Rotation and incoming damage of BW/Sorc is very telegraphed and can be either cleansed to reduce their dmg by 50% or more, as well as be detaunted as well. The Festerbomb issue we had was that there was simply no warning for it coming and you dropped from 100-0 with one skill without any chance of counterplay. This is not given for BW/Sorc as you can clearly see the dots being stacked on you.
