There is a lot of the same abbils between different classes in the WAR for example AM radiant lance and zealot scourge but they got different base damage (RL 344 and Sc 277), and there is lots and lots of them, so proposal is to to put in order all this albils to the same base dmg(and heal for healing abs) due to absolutely identical porpouse of them, and closing the gap between classes doing identical thing but gaining different results.
