QOL improvements for 2h reworked slayer tactics.

1. Breaking Point: Hitting an enemy with Devastate(10s cooldown) of Incapacitate will make your next exhaustive blow within 5 seconds automatically critical hit.
Problem: If your Numbing strike (60s cooldown) is not available enemies end up parrying your Breaking Point enhanced Exhaustive blow many times basically wasting the buff.
QOL improvement: Considering that Devastate has 10 second cd and in a group situation you end up getting million cc, getting focused so you have to detaunt droping your rage and you cant reach Incapacitate, i think this tactic should also make your next exhaustive blow undefendable to make it really worthy taking.

2. Violent Impacts: Your Exhaustive blows will ignore 25% of the targets armor if used while furious.
Problem: Choppas tactic is already superior because it boosts aa damage by 25%, but the fact that they can use it any time not only while Furious feels weird, while Slayer is being limited to Furious only with this tactic. There is no logic behind it at all. The whole concept of the class is more enraged you are the more damage you deal, but more damage you take.
QOL improvement: There is no point in limiting it to Furious only. It should apply in berserk aswell.

3. Determination: Your exhaustive blows exhaust 15 rage less when used while in furious.
Problem: You can exhaust any attack at 25 rage except Incapacitate. For example you can exhaust deathblow with 25 rage but you start again at 0. This tactic effectively only benefits 3 spell in your whole arsenal. Devastate, Spellbreaker, Precarious Assault(i have not seen a slayer actively use this since the melee rework).
QOL improvement: This tactic should ALWAYS exhaust 15 rage less. For example if you exhaust deathblow with 25 rage you exhaust only 10 rage. If you exhaust it with 50 you exhaust 35 rage etc., If you exhaust Incapacitate you exhaust only 60 rage. In my opinion it would make the combat flow better for this specific 2h slayer build that you imagined when you reworked this tree. Because lets be honest at the moment no slayer or choppa uses Determination/Long lasta.
