shatter/cleanse/dispell order

it was first in last out in live.
in RoR, it's first in first out.

it means long duration base buffs stripped first.
short duration strong buffs remain full effect often.
this removed counter play of dispell from the game.

there was brief discussion.

it's embarassing how i was wrong.
back then, i thought you couldn't see what buff/debuffs going on, thought it's not a big deal,
though, you can actually see it and counter them.

masking play is counter of counter.
in current system, you put mask buff/debuff first then apply real important one.
in live, you put important buff/debuff first then bury it.

seems same but
live version checks who react faster, who have more awareness.
current version benefits spammer. strip olds first, keep spam until you remove all then new one asap.

now i think it was one of fundamental of skill design.
took only 2 years to realize that.

with live version, useless non-stack stat buff/bebuff get it's uses.
usually short CD, effective at masking. when u see dispell counter is coming keep masking. if you can see it.
60m base buffs like WP wound, healer's resist act like actual baseline.
cleanse gets more important role as counter play of enemy debuffs.
faster reaction and awareness are more rewarding. player skills.

plus, it's solution to issues i presented.

chop fasta dispell is covered by BO.
mara/am dispell tactic bring interesting build.

I suggest that dispell order revert back to live version.
