Glass Arrow
100ft instant range attack. with range debuff 75%
5s CD, 3s duration
it was jab, measuring range, pre-kite, leeching.
it was always on action. close to non-stop spam.

Issue
1. only destro have it.
2. without any restriction, no mastery point nor pet.
3. SW lost it. instead got dmg proc.
Glass Arrow was amazing skill. maybe too good.
that's why i didn't raise objection. there were other kiting tools granted.
tactic run speed, mastery long range stun.
i missed it but asking it with all the buffs seemed too much.
that's all before SH rework.

now with SH rework, they also got kiting tools.
i see kiting tools, both SW and SH as compensation for 65ft range.
SH can manage 65ft range with all the kiting tools. there's risk but SW too.
( and who doesn't risk anyway )
in fact, skirmish SW is more risky than Quick SH now.

Suggestion
1. bring back range debuff to SW.
however small it helped pre-kiting SW need it to balance SH kiting.
2. give dmg proc to skirmisher tree as new skill.
so ASW can use proc too. crosscut burst got balanced but overall dmg need little compensation.
like WL got dot buff after CS burst nerf.

it's not too much for SW. i think it's fine tuning after SH rework.
and Glass Arrow had unique effect and sound. too bad it's no more used in game.
