[Choppa] GTDC proposal

This proposal born from a discussion between many experienced choppa thta you can find here:

GTDC is a highly controversial skill. Order hates it because it's a Swiss Army knife ability: it can be used to pull kiting ppl, interrupt casting, prevent WH from using their opener and, like every pull, it can be exploited for pulling through walls. And it also deals quite a damage.
Detru, on the other side, hates this ability because it give free immunity and thus prevent tanks from using CC properly. The CC problem is even more exacerbated in small scale environment like SCs and 6v6, since there snipe-punting is a common strategy. Choppa hates this ability because they are aware of the CC problem and thus they don't feel comfortable in using it, even knowing that GTDC damage is one of the highest in their skillset. This skill has also others downsides for Choppa: since it is a channelling you don't regen AP using it, you can't autoattack and if it is interrupted you have to wait other 15 to 20 seconds before to have access at it again.

I think that a solution that would make everyones happy would be to take away the pull, make the skill undefendable (like it has always been since live) ad also give back the extra tick when interrupted. This way Order will not complain anymore about the pull, Destru tanks will be able to do their job and Choppa will have no remorse in using a class defining ability that take you 14 mastery point.
