[Engineer] Vanquisher Set re-work

Hello, I will be as quick as I can. Engineer considered as a physic damage class, so you should raise WS as well as BS, to do more damage. However, Conqueror set is far more valuable than Vanquisher set. You have +100 BS proc on CQ set, so you can put more WS talismans in your set, while still be able to hold BS stat at cap. on Vanquisher you have like completely useless proc for 0 AP cost of next ability, and if Magus can play in this set, because most of his damage is magic, engineer sucks in Vanq, because you don't have enough armor penetration, and you should consider 3 stats for top damage like BS, WS and range crit, whlie Magus should raise only 2 stats. Please rework Vanq set for engi, put more WS inside of it or redesing the proc to be more valuable for engi. Thank you!
