DOK path of sac/WP (whatever there melee heal spec is called) damage type changes

As of Patch Notes 22/04/2020 we have seen some improvemnt to DOK an WP there just needs to be a few more tweeks an we are golden........
There for i propose we change the damage types of the following abilitys to spirit type damage :

"Transfer Essence"/"Sigmar's Radiance"
"Essence Lash"/WP equivalent
"Pillage Essence"/WP equivalent (if there is one)
"Devour Essence"/ no WP (damage) type equivalent (WP is a heal on being hit type)
would also like to say "Lacerate" but that might be a bit much


also if we could nerf "Fanaticism" to be a non spirit type damage buff that would be great thus balanceing both dok an wp heal spec damage output
(Better yet give dok and wp there own version of it,,, "Murderous Intent" comes to mind as perfect tactic to meld "Fanaticism" with for both sides)
WP gets "Murderous Intent" on "Fanaticism" tactic
DOK gets "Fanaticism" added to "Murderous Intent" tactic
make sure both or nether are able to proc it with AOE or dots.

There is many reasons for this change:

No.1 To make path of sac/WP spec build to be undisputed str stacking, in current meta weaponskill (on DOK side) in-cress's damage (on Armour mitigated targets)
considerably more then softcap str stacking (1070str 320ws) some times it is almost 100% damage in-cress (@720str 675 ws 48% pen with 9% from warlord) over str soft cap.

No.2 To make Sov str set not a total meme like it is at the moment. For god sakes its a defencive set atm (defencive build no longer work as well as of 22/04/2020 changes

No.3 To bring its damage types in line with recent changes to other abiltys eg, "Soul Rend"/WP version an "Consume Essence"/"Divine Strike", "Fist of Khane"/WP 65ft cast attack. (spirit type)

(editited)No.4 Transfer Essence in its current state (after testing in gunbad/rvr/sc) is way under performing outside of a few instances (champ mobs with low armour an toughness/players with low armour an toughness)
in all other instance's it heal output is nerf by 20% to 90%.
