Issue

As solo gankers, whether roaming or picking off individual targets in warband fights, this role has been hindered by the ease with which players can now stack crit reducing/ini increasing builds. This being the results of targets with high rr, meaning you can spec defensively and offensively or the proliferation of stat stacking through mix and matching sets at lower levels. Combining this with detaunt, you have net affect of significant increased time to kill, lowering the survivability of a class, which, rightly, was already a challenge.

Proposal

Increase the ini steal value of the bullets of purity / kisses of agony by 100% (testing to tweak up/down for final value, i was aiming for around 150)

ps. Might even be a way to make them a bit more party friendly.
