Path of sac (Melee Heals DOK) Threat issues

I propose that we add threat reduction to "Empowered Transfer" tactic. As it is some snb tanks can't gen enough threat (even with dok guarded) to keep agro as agro gen in PVE for Path of sac is at insane lvls even with spaming detaunt on cd. (dont even get me started on boss's that require you to stop dps or wipe your party) Also the fact you need 7 set warlord an forerunnner shield to have enough ap gen to melee heal is kinda stupid high gear requirement for a spec that under performs in its role. Perhaps add AP cost reduction to path of sac heal abiltys when "Empowered Transfer" tactic is equiped would also be nice if "Soul Rend" and "Devour Essence" got the +25% life tap bouns from "Empowerd Transfer" as they are heal on damage abiltys (Life Tap type).
