Heal Debuffs on all DPS classes

Just curious if you guys would ever be open to adding heal debuffs to classes such as engi and magus to make them more viable? It seems strange that runepriests and zealots can have a heal debuff but actual dps don't.

I know this was obviously a fault within the main game (which is why engis and magus were rarely picked for pvp groups), but since you guys are making minor additions to the balance I am interested to hear your opininon.

There are more than enough heal debuffs to go around. Coordinate with your team.
