[Marauder] Proposal Skill Tree Reworks

Marauder has 2 Trees that work and one that everyone agrees is not great.

Savage for 6 man content and Monstro for WB play. And Brut is the red headed step child of the 3 that only gets picked up for mutated aggressor and crit bonus tactic. Each tree could use some tweeks imo.

Savage Tree

Current version of Tainted Claw is 25% incoming heal debuff for 5 secs if target has an ailment it lasts 10 seconds. Also has a tactic that requires 11 points in Savage tree to make it actually worth using increasing the heal debuff to 50% and heals you for 50% of incoming heals they receive. On its own this Skill is lacking and requires a heavy investment in the savage tree to make it worth using and also requires you to also be in the savagery stance on top of it all.

Change Tainted Claw to - "50% incoming heal debuff that lasts 10 seconds Target must have an ailment. No Mutation required." Tainted Claw would now be the 5 point skill in Savagery and Draining Swipe would become a base line skill.

Current version of Deadly Clutch tactic at 11 points in savagery would now not be needed for Tainted Claw.

Change Deadly Clutch tactic to - "Draining Swipe now applies Touch of rot and Touch of Instability for 20 seconds." Reason for this change is because Both of these abilities are usable in Savagery stance but usually are not worth the global CD.

Current version of Thunderous Blow doesn't require a mutation.

Change Thunderous Blow to - "require Savagery Stance" to compensate for being able to use Tainted Claw in any stance. This would also be in line with all other trees that have stance requirements on 13 point skills and would also make this skill work with piercing bite.


Brutality Tree

Current Version of Mutated Aggressor increases damage by 25% for 10 seconds. 60 sec CD

Change Mutated Aggressor to - "Increase damage by 25% for 10 seconds, if in Gift of Brutality stance increase all Path of Brutality abilities crit chance by 10% for 10 secs. 30sec CD."

Current Version of Unstable Convulsions 11 point tactic gives 50% chance to remove an Enchantment each time Convulsive Slash hits an enemy and does damage if an Enchantment is removed. This has very limited use and is not worth using because Convulsive Slash is not worth using it is counter productive to use Convulsive Slash due to the stance proc and the low damage it does. Stance proc only works on auto attacks and you can't auto attack while channeling.

Change Unstable Convulsions 11 point tactic to - "Each hit of Convulsive Slash has a 25% chance to do 100% more damage."


Monstrosity Tree

Current Version of Concussive Jolt is aoe Knock Down for 2 seconds 25 foot Cone range. With no stance Requirement. This is a little strong for no stance requirement.

Change Concussive Jolt - "requires Gift of Monstrosity." Reason for this change is because having access to an aoe KD in any stance is a bit over the top.

Current Version of Mutated Energy gives 100 foot Knock down single target on disrupt.

Change Mutated Energy to - "require Dodge, Disrupt, or Parry." Reason for this change is disrupts are very rare to take advantage of this knock down.

Maybe not all of these ideas are great to some players but is what I think could help the Marauder be a little better.
