[IB] Ancestor's fury proposal

Ancestor's fury currently gives 75 strength and 10% crit for you and an oathfriend. But it's currently only being taken for the crit aspect since inspiring attack should always be up and it provides more strength. At times it can be difficult to build grudge unless you're being attacked or you have a tactic slot devoted for grudge building. My proposal is to remove the strength aspect of Ancestor's fury and add a grudge built of either 5 or 10 grudge per second along with the crit bonus.
