[WE] "Utility" daggers

There a daggers from t4 epic quests and their updated form in exchange for sentinel weapons.
Problem is that snare and armor debuff daggers(actually any of them) require main hand. While have lower damage than scenario ones + crappy stats. WH have pistol for armor debuff, not sure about snare proc.

And pistol doesn't affect to WH's damage at all, except crappy stats on it.

Why WE should nerf herself while "mirror" doesn't?
I simply have no reason to do BE/BB run for this weapons. It's nerf for my damage while i supposed to waste ton of time (in Gunbad before) to get it.
