[Black Guard] Shielded By Hate

Currently, SnB BG does not have any options to provide support in a WB. This is why you mainly see 2h BGs in a WB, due to 2h providing Crimson Death and Hastened doom. The SnB spec has always played second fiddle to 2h because they bring nothing to a warband besides HTL, which every tank has. Awhile ago the BG received the tactic, "Shielded By Hate", which gave it another selfish tactic that the BG did not need. The BG has enough avoidance tactics already, and it was not what the class desperately needed to be able to compete with BO/CHO using SnB.

I propose to change the tactic, "Shielded By Hate" to "When you block, all members of your group within 100 feet except you will gain a 1% per 10 hate to critically hit for 10 seconds. This allows the BG to be able to run in a WB without giving up their shield, and to be on a more even playing field with other tanks using SnB. The BG has no auras, aoe buffs, or morale pump. However, a support tactic like this would allow it to be able to compete with BO and CHO in a WB setting.

The BG has always had a problem with being a selfish tank, but this change would allow SnB to be more comparable to 2h due to both of them providing unique rolls in a WB. Thank you for taking the time to read this and have a good one.
